Men think that they have got all driving skills and they are superior to women, while women think that they can beat men with their driving skills. For years, it’s been the same argument who is better driver – men or women? Everyone thinks that men are better drivers than women.
But now it is time to break this stereotype, as it is statistically proved that women drivers are better and safer than men drivers.
Who is better driver? Of course, women! Though men are more skilled and confident about driving, men drive more aggressively with more speed and take risks while driving. Sometimes men drive their cars after drinking which leads them to get involved in accidents. It is also seen that men break more traffic rules and drive more rashly than women. They violate laws meant for safer drive, which results into causing more accidents with severe damage.
It is seen that, there are very few women who violate traffic rules and laws. Women drive cars more carefully and gets lesser into accidents than men. Women are more likely to follow traffic rules. They are more aware about the consequences of rash driving. Women tend to violate lesser traffic laws as compared to men. It has been seen that men are much more likely to be cited for a litany of traffic violations.
Driving is a skill based activity, where you need a confidence. Men are very much confident about their driving skills, but the confidence may get converted into over confidence. This may cause accidents, while there are many women who are not confident about their driving skills and because of this they drive more carefully.
Women have a much better ability to understand the rules than men. The fact is women have a natural tendency to understand and obey the rules those are meant for safety. All these abilities of women make them better and safer drivers.
The statistics show that, men tend to drive more hazardously than women and violate more traffic rules including speeding. This hasty driving leads to more accidents than women cause. So come out of this typecast that women are not better drivers than men, now it has been proved.
Women prefer continuing with their daily routine and a normal life even though they are pregnant.
