- For protecting your tummy from the head injuries, the air bags are most safe and recommended by many experts. But they should not be seen as an alternative to seat belts.
- Make your friends, co-workers and the people around you aware of your condition. So, in case of some emergency or driving related injuries they’ll help you in your need.
- As far as possible avoid driving alone when you’re pregnant. And if can’t be avoided then always let your near and dear ones know about where are you and which route you are taking.
- Move your seat back so as to avoid clashes of your tummy with the steering wheel. But while moving back be sure that you are able to see both the side mirrors and also can reach for the brake and pedals.
